Documentation

Backdrop gives your Discord roleplay group a shared map and optional wiki: art layers, lore at pins, lore articles visitors can browse, a link you can pass around, and—if you use it with MultiMuse—who is roughly where based on where scenes are playing in your server.

Start a map

Sign in with Discord (Manage Server or Administrator to create worlds). Create a world on the dashboard, open World Builder, add map art layers, drop location pins, and share /map/your-slug.

Wiki and timeline

Enable a lore wiki for articles and categories, and use the timeline facet for campaign history. Public visitors open /wiki/your-slug and /wiki/your-slug/timeline when those surfaces are published.

MultiMuse scene roster

Link pins to Discord channels or categories so presence can show who is on scene. Backdrop is the geography layer beside MultiMuse posting and StageHand scenes.
